Dr. Lindsey Horwedel treated her first sleep apnea patient in 2011, which happened to be her dad. He continues to wear his device every night to this day and is the reason Dr. Horwedel began this journey. Since then she has spent countless hours of continuing education to provide the safest and most effective oral appliance therapy to many patients and is dedicated to the effort to continue helping as many people as she can to breathe better, sleep better and feel better.

Lindsey Horwedel, DDS
Dr. Horwedel was born and raised in Fort Worth. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from The University of Oklahoma in 2005 and then went on to complete her DDS from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2010. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Fort Worth District Dental Society, International Team of Implantology, and Fort Worth Spear Study Club.
Dr. Horwedel's husband is a lieutenant with the Fort Worth Fire Department; and together they have one son, Case Allen and one daughter, Carsen Ann. They live in Brock and are members of Christ Chapel Bible Church, West Campus. Away from the office, Dr. Horwedel enjoys spending time with family.

Ashley Murrey, DDS
Dr. Ashley Murrey was born in Austin, Texas. Her family moved to Tennessee where she attended elementary through high school. She found her way back to Texas to attend Texas Tech University in Lubbock and met her husband, Matthew. They moved to Dallas, and she graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry. Following her graduation, they settled in Fort Worth to raise their family.
Dr. Murrey’s husband, Matthew, is a CPA and internal auditor for a nationwide home builder. They have two sons, Winston and Patrick. When Dr. Murrey isn’t practicing dentistry, she enjoys traveling, reading, and camping with friends and family.
Dr. Murrey is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, the Fort Worth Dental Society, and International Team of Implantology.
Ashley Murrey, DDS

SAMANTHA, Registered Dental Hygienist
Sam was born in Fredericksburg, VA but moved to Texas when she was about 2 years old so she claims Texas as home.
She got her Associates in Dental Hygiene at Blinn College in Bryan, TX in 2017 and got her Bachelor's in Dental Hygiene at Texas Woman's University in 2019.
She started working in dentistry as a sterilization technician and worked during school breaks until she obtained her Dental Hygiene license.
Sam and her husband enjoy trying new restaurants, finding things to do around Fort Worth and spending time at home with their 3 kitties. She loves spending time with friends and family, and learning new things.
JANE, Registered Dental Hygienist
Jane was born and raised in Stanton, Nebraska. She moved to Fort Worth in 1994.
Jane is a registered dental hygienist. She got her associates in dental hygiene in 2004 from Tarrant County College.
Jane enjoys yoga, reading, and traveling to see her family in Colorado and Chicago.
HALEY, Registered Dental Assistant
Haley was born in Fort Worth, TX and grew up in primarily in Keller, TX. She obtained her dental assisting license online and was trained in-office with Dr. Murrey in 2019. She has been working with Dr. Murrey and Dr. Horwedel ever since.
Haley enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their animals (LuLu the dog and Hank the kitty). She likes listening to podcasts, any type of crafting, and hanging out with friends and family.
DEANNA, Registered Dental Assistant
Deanna was born in Weatherford,TX, and grew up in Garner, TX. Deanna is a registered dental assistant that was trained in office starting in 2000.
She began assisting with Dr. Horwedel in 2010 and with Dr. Murrey at Westworth Village Family Dentistry in 2020.
Deanna enjoys spending time with friends, her grown children, and her 3 grandchildren. She also likes shopping and watching movies in her free time.
TONYA, Office Manager and Insurance Specialist
Tonya was born and raised in Whiteface, Texas, a small town in west Texas. She moved to Fort Worth in 1997 and began working as a dental assistant in 1999.
She has worked with Dr. Murrey since 2011, and helped with the opening and growth of Westworth Village Family Dentistry and Breathe Better.
She enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with her kids and family when she is not at work.
HAYDEN, Front Office Assistant
Hayden was born in Fort Worth, TX and grew up in Aledo, TX. He is currently studying Business Management at the University of Texas at Arlington.
He has worked part time at Breathe Better and Westworth Village Family Dentistry since the summer of 2022.
